Purchase or access problem

Include the product name, purchase email, receipt or transaction ID and a short description of the problem. For a Builder error, include your browser, device and the steps that led to the error. Screenshots with sensitive information removed can help.

Do not send passwords, activation keys or payment-card details. Do not send project JSON files or uploaded artwork unless support asks for them; those files may contain your own content.

See the Refund Policy for the 30-day guarantee and instructions. You may also open the item in your WarriorPlus purchase history to find vendor support information.

Privacy or licensing question

Use the same email and describe your request. Refer to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Include a transaction ID only when it is relevant to the request.
